Hmmm...I thought he was having a burnout on a beam-up! 505 you know that in order to have a proper beam-up you need Mr. Scott at the controls. What were you thinkin' man?! :haha:

That little babies head is right that was lame!
I am no photoprofessional, never claimed to be.
I decided to try again I was able to use two
effects on this photo. I added fog, then I used
an effect called GFlare which you can see on
the s turn section of the picture. I also cut the
file size way down to 39Kb.

Apparently, Mini-You is an observant child. Perhaps you should take him with you on your next photographic excursion. He obviously has a good sense of perspective and might prove to be an excellent assistant.

Does he bite?

I added fog

That is nicely done. When driving, I loathe fog. As a photographic effect, however, it is cool.

In case you are wondering the software I use to
edit photography is called The GIMP. That is an
acronym for GNU Image Manipulation Program.
I have noticed that the GIMP has plenty of plug
ins that enable it supposedly to be a Photoshop
equivalent. I have never used Photoshop before
so I am not in a position to compare the two.
What I can tell you is that The GIMP does
everything I need it to do, including a plugin that
Enables GIMP to run my scanner. I guess the
next step for me is to is go install ALL the plug-ins.
Then retest.

I use ThumbsPlus for a good deal of my work with photographs. It is great for cataloguing, resizing, adjusting contrast, brightness, sharpness, etc. It is also excellent for producing slide shows.

For tasks requiring greater control and more effects, I use Paint Shop Pro 7.0. I shall be upgrading to the new version next week, if I determine the upgrade is truly an upgrade and not a new, unfamiliar product. Paint Shop Pro has been sold by Jasc to Corel and is now produced by Corel--who apparently has discontinued Corel PhotoPaint.

For working with animations and transparencies, I use Jasc Animation Shop.

When I used windows I also liked ThumbsPlus.
Back then it was just right it was light duty enough
to be a simple browser, while providing good low
tech photo editing tools. IF ThumbsPlus has
continued to mature, it must be really something
by now, I have not seen ThumbsPlus in 5 or more
years, but I would probably still be using it today.
Right now I use The GIMP for heavy work, I use
gqview for a simple browser.

ThumbsPlus has improved over the years. It is excellent for sorting, cataloguing, etc. It is fast and powerful for doing batch conversions, resizing, processing, and filtering. Speed is definitely one of it's greatest assets.
