haha, as a Legal Secretery for the County Counsel's Office, I did have a part in his previous trial....

I agree with Mt. Mama. However, I think this will be
another exercise that further warps the "American Judicial
System", the defendant has stated that he will plead
"Double Jeopardy". It will be the system against the
system. Therefore the system will win either way. As to
guilty or innocence, I believe to the system this is
concept is irrelevant. The only person who will lose is
all of us taxpayers.

I believe that if crime is truly bad and illegal.
If Law Enforcement is enforcing the laws, then
at least 1/3 of Congress would in jail. It is very
hard to try to get our children to do good, when
bad bad people are rewarded. Take steroids, become a
hall of famer. Cleptomaniac means Congressmen.
I believe that things cannot possibly get better until
we set proper examples for our children. The American
Judicial System is "the joke of the world" It seems as
if the American Judicial System has completely
forgotten what their job is, and how to do it. Even still
I am sure they are proud of what has happened on their
watch.
