Indeed. My brother emailed me this morning. Apparently, the fire that was close to him has been contained. There is a new fire raging, but it is five miles away. For now, at least, he appears to be safe. Yesterday afternoon, he had vehicles packed and was ready to evacuate.

Indeed! He emailed me yesterday and said it appeared that his house was safe. He was very fortunate!

My other brother lives in Fullerton (Orange County) and is in the midst of the thunderstorms, flooding, mud slides, etc., that are raging currently!

I see that it rained here during the night. I do not recall it raining on Memorial Day weekend previously. Yikes!
